By accessing this website or placing an order with Takke (the “Store”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
2. The store
Takke is an online shop. Product names, photos, descriptions, prices, discounts, and stock levels are shown for information and selling purposes. We may update or remove products at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a valid name and phone number and have the legal capacity to buy goods. If you order on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to share their contact details with us.
4. Orders
- An order starts when you submit checkout details (name, country code, and phone number) and confirm your cart.
- You may place an order through the website or, when available, by sending the same order over WhatsApp.
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, priced in error, or we cannot fulfill it.
- After we receive an order it is typically marked as pending until our team processes it.
We will use the phone number you provide (and WhatsApp if you chose that checkout method) to confirm or discuss your order.
5. Prices and availability
- Prices are displayed on each product page and in your cart. A store-wide discount may be applied at checkout when one is active.
- Stock quantities are shown as a guide. An item can sell out before your order is confirmed.
- We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, even after an order is submitted, and will contact you if that happens.
6. Payment and fulfillment
This website does not collect card numbers at checkout. Payment method, delivery, and timing are confirmed with you after the order is received. Until payment and delivery details are agreed, we are not obliged to ship the goods.
7. Cancellations and returns
You may ask us to cancel a pending order before it is prepared or shipped. Once an order is processed, returns or exchanges depend on product condition, stock, and what we confirm with you. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Store for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- Interfere with the website, other customers, or our systems.
- Copy product images or content for competing shops without permission.
- Submit false names or phone numbers.
We may refuse service or cancel orders if these rules are broken.

The Takke name, logo, product photos, and website design belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and order for personal use. You may not copy the catalog or brand for commercial use without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
The Store is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Takke is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or data) arising from use of the website, delays, stock issues, or third-party services such as hosting or WhatsApp. Our responsibility for a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Store after an update means you accept the new terms.
